Privacy Policy

This document applies to AjonTec, operated by Dream Blend Solutions Private Limited (Private Limited Company, incorporated 29 December 2023), accessible at https://ajontec.online.
We are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described below, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"). This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the rights you have.
1. What we collect

We do not store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN. Card and UPI details are handled entirely by our payment gateway on their own systems.
2. Why we are allowed to process it
We process personal data on the basis of your consent, given when you create an account or place an order, and for the legitimate uses permitted under section 7 of the DPDP Act — principally performing the service you asked for and complying with our legal obligations.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with processors who need it to run the service:
- Payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, and others you choose) — to take payment
- Hosting and email providers — to run the website and send notifications
- Government authorities — only where we are legally required to disclose
4. How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account is active. Financial records (invoices, transactions, ledgers) are retained for at least 8 years as required under the Income Tax Act and the Companies Act, 2013 — these cannot be deleted on request until that period ends. Everything else is erased once the purpose is served, in line with section 8(7) of the DPDP Act.
5. Your rights
As a Data Principal you may: access a summary of your data; correct or complete it; erase it (subject to the retention rule above); nominate another person to exercise your rights; and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out, and may mean we can no longer provide the service.
To exercise any right, write to privacy@ajontec.online. We respond within 30 days.
6. Security
We apply reasonable security practices as required by section 43A of the IT Act, 2000: HTTPS everywhere, hashed passwords, row-level locking on financial records, signature verification on all payment callbacks, role-based admin access, and activity logging. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If a breach affects your data we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as required.
7. Children
Our services are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly process a child's personal data without verifiable parental consent, as required by section 9 of the DPDP Act. If you believe a child has registered, contact us and we will delete the account.

We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days. If you are not satisfied, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.
