This document applies to AjonTec, operated by Dream Blend Solutions Private Limited (Private Limited Company, incorporated 29 December 2023), accessible at https://ajontec.online.
By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Who we are
AjonTec is an online platform through which Dream Blend Solutions Private Limited offers technology and digital services — website development, software, hosting, design, marketing, automation and related work.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter a contract.
- The information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.
- You are responsible for your password and for activity under your account.
- One person or business, one account. Duplicate accounts created to abuse offers, referrals or bonuses may be suspended.
3. Orders and scope
A listing on this site is an invitation to offer, not a binding offer. A contract forms only when we confirm your order. We may decline any order — for example where the requirement is unlawful, technically not feasible, or outside our stated scope.
Scope is what is written in the confirmed order. Anything not written there is not included. Additional work is quoted separately.
4. What we need from you
Most delays are caused by missing inputs. You agree to supply content, images, logins, approvals and feedback in reasonable time. Timelines pause while we are waiting on you, and we are not liable for delays caused this way.
You confirm that any content you give us — text, images, logos, code — is yours to use, or that you have permission. You indemnify us against claims arising from content you supplied.
5. Wallet
- Wallet balance is store credit for services on this platform. It is not a deposit, not an investment, and earns no interest.
- Wallet balance is not transferable to a bank account except through the withdrawal process where we allow it, subject to verification.
- We may hold or reverse a credit that was added in error or through fraud.
6. Pricing, tax and payment
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
- GST is charged at the applicable rate and shown on your invoice.
- Payment is due before work begins unless the order says otherwise.
- We may correct an obvious pricing error before starting work; if we do, you may cancel for a full refund.
7. Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of the custom deliverables built specifically for you transfers to you. Until then, they remain ours.
This does not transfer: our pre-existing tools, frameworks and libraries; third-party themes, plugins or software (which stay under their own licences); or open-source components. We keep the right to reuse our generic know-how.
Digital products sold on this platform are licensed, not sold. You may not resell, redistribute or sub-license them unless the listing says you can.
8. Third-party services
Where we set up or integrate a third-party service (hosting, a payment gateway, an AI provider, a plugin), that service is governed by its own terms and we are not responsible for its uptime, pricing changes or policy changes.
9. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to: break any law; infringe anyone's IP; upload malware; attempt to access other users' data; scrape or overload the system; or place orders for content that is obscene, defamatory, or promotes hatred or violence. We may suspend an account for any of these, and report it where the law requires.
10. Liability
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Subject to that: our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost data or business interruption.
11. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, on notice where practicable. Fees for work already completed remain payable, and we retain records we are legally required to keep.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified on the site or by email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the platform after that means you accept the change.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Samastipur, Bihar have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 to approach a consumer forum where you live.
